Holiday Greetings from Sphinxed Magazine
We have to admit - we're hardly the cheerful, sunny, Christmas sweater kind of people.
Not by a long shot.
But we do believe in this period of the year being the time for stock taking - looking back at the year, at your life, and thinking "what the fuck did I do?" and then writing it off - screw the past - and looking towards the following year.
2015 was the year we decided to take this step. Start a pop culture site, write a lot of shit, and see where it takes us.
Again, have to admit, it has been fun. A few people taking a shot in the dark, hoping for the best, trying to achieve something.
We would like to thank every reader who read our crap, our constant ramblings, and gave a shit about our opinions.
A big thank you to every person who clicked on our several links throughout the past few months. Thank you.
And no, this is not the end.
We're looking at 2016 with a renewed sense of purpose. We want to comw back stronger and more vocal than ever.
We're coming back with a broader scope - more stories that matter to our society and abroad, to our culture, to South Africans - but we're still keeping the fun. Ramblings about all your favourite shows and entertaintment. We want to do it all.
That's how we look towards 2016, and we hope you do too.
Happy holidays from Sphinxed Magazine. Have a great time, and when 2016 comes, be refreshed - be ready.
But still, do a lot of stupid shit.
