Review: So everyone knows that sequels just never live up to the expectations the movie makers try to place on them. Nine times out of ten we get ourselves all excited over the next movie we have been dieing to see and when we get there we are severely disappointed. Can I just say… So not the case.
Hubby and I have been waiting for this sequel to come out since the first one finished. From start to finish the movie was filled with fantastic CGI, a great cast of characters, a gripping story line actually rather acceptable acting from some of our not so great actors. Don’t get me wrong, some of it is a bit cliché (who hasn’t seen a movie where an AI tries to take over the world), and sometimes I really felt like climbing into the screen to smack Tony stark across the face a few times but in a world where movies just don’t live up to their hype anymore this really was a great way to spend an evening.
The Avengers 2 is filled with action, drama, a bit of a love story and oh so much ass kicking that any man will be satisfied and every woman will enjoy the movie right along with them. A must see, especially if you’re a Marvel fan.
